The Mission:

Design a space for a dream client––you know, the one with great taste and an unlimited budget––using only Sunbrella® fabrics and fibers for the Perspective NYC gallery exhibit at Highline Stages, in New York City.

The Concept:

Coming off a once in a lifetime opportunity to photograph and interview famed polo player and model Ignacio “Nacho” Figueras––we talked about architecture and babies––I gathered inspiration from his handmade boots and tack. In polo, there are so many bits, buckles, and buttons needed to maintain the connection between horse and rider. I decided to incorporate those essential details into the design.

The Solution:

Luxe framed and upholstered walls, braided and buckled drapery trim, and the quilting and zippers in the details of the furniture and accessories join together to give this cozy retreat a distinctly equestrian vibe!
